Great location for a very walkable City. Only challenge was managing the hot water with a bigger group but all were happy and comfortable.

Die Ausstattung hatte einige Defizite. Lediglich eine Schneidebrett, nicht schneidende Messer, keine Spülmaschine, keine Eierbecher, keine Trockentücher, Das größte Manko war aber, dass lediglich drei Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Bereits die 7. Person mußte im Wohnbereich schlafen ohne jegliche Ruckzugsmöglichleit. Bereits bei 7 Personen nicht hinnehmbar. Es ist nicht vorstellbar, wie in der Wohnung 10 Personen wohnen sollen.In einen der ausgewiesenen Schlafzimmer gab es keine Nachttischleute, in den zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern funktionierte lediglich eine Nachtischleute und in dem Wohnraum gab es gleichfalls keine Nachttischleute, so dass nur die völlig ungemütliche Deckenleuchte benutzt werden musste.Es gab auch keinen für 7 Personen nutzbaren Frühstückstisch. Es gab lediglich sechs normale Stühle an einem auch nur für sechs Personen geeigneten Tisch.

Nicht ganz für 8 Personen geeignet

Nach Buchung der Wohnung erhielten wir die Check-In-Informationen. Wohnung wurde nicht persönlich übergeben, was nicht negativ war, sondern uns wurde eine Akiles-App zum Öffnen und Schließen der entsprechenden Türen per E-Mail zugesandt. Funktionierte tadellos. Der Zustand der Wohnung war top und die Bilder im Internet stimmten 1:1 überein. Die Wohnung lag relativ zentral und wir brauchten nur ca. 1 km Laufweg um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Für uns hat sich die Frage aufgeworfen, wie eine bestenfalls 8köpfige Reisegruppe/Familie ohne Spülmaschine auskommen soll? Es war keine vorhanden. Ebenso war der Haupt-Fernseher nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Es fehlte die Original-Fernbedienung von Hisense und mit der vorhandenen Fernbedienung konnte man das Smart-TV nicht nutzen und somit konnten wir keine deutschen Sender über Netflix/Amazon Prime/ oder Apple-TV schauen. Was hier, wie in den meisten vermieteten Ferienwohnungen auch, festgestellt werden konnte, dass nur das Billigste vom Billigsten an Geräten installiert war. Mit dem Toaster konnten wir nicht einmal ein Baguette-Brot aufbacken. Für uns waren die negativ beschriebenen Dinge nicht ganz so problematisch, weil wir nur auf einem 3-tägigen Sightseeing-Trip waren und damit leben konnten.
