“This is a nice place with everything you need. The location is great, close enough to the highway that it was easy to find but not too close. The condo is very clean, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. They had everything we needed, the kitchen had all the essentials, the linens were all nice and the bed in the master was very comfortable. “The golf course is stunning. Lots of deer roaming around the golf course and the community - fun to watch. Barely anyone in the community - maybe scared away by the flooding of this year, fires of 2022, or lack of workers???? It was definitely peaceful & quiet. There are some quirky things about this unit like no a/c, an induction only stove & oven, front door smart lock technology that didn't work - but I contacted the host who responded quickly w/ some handy help. “A peaceful and relaxing stay in the foothills. A little noisy above us the first night with lots of running of "little" feet, but after the checked-out the following day our timeshare was quiet again. I guess we'd prefer an upstairs unit next time.”

“The listing did not mention there was a high fee for using the internet. No mention of this in the listing. The listing showed internet access as an amenity. Additionally, I paid taxes as part of my fee on VRBO. However after I checked out the resort called to tell me the taxes were not paid and tried to collect from me.”

“We loved the condo! It was clean, cozy and comfy. Plenty of room for the family. Plenty of bath towels and dishes were available that all we needed to do was drive to the local grocery store 5 min away and have enough food for our stay. We booked this location to visit Yosemite for a couple of days and it's only a 30 min drive to the Yosemite gate entrance. “Property was fine. Liked the location. Property manager was unresponsive to my questions of extra charges while I checked in. It was unclear how many nights I was paying for this surcharge since front desk said I was staying longer than I booked. Front desk also asked for an address of the property owner which I did not know. Would have liked more info and communication from property owner or manager to make experience better.”

“The house was very clean when our group arrived and the property owners were very attentive with answering questions and staying in contact during our stay. When our group left some items behind after our stay, the owner quickly found the items and shipped them back to us within 5 days. Would highly recommend this property!”
