"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."

"Aucun accueil en juin à partir de 19h sans indication pour obtenir sa chambre; pas de clomatisation; personnel peu aimable; chambre "non faite" d'un jour sur l'autre; beaucoup de mouche partout; petit déjeuner très médiocre; un appareil très bruyant au-dessous des chambres qui se situent derrère l'hôtel (ventilateur puissant ou ??) et qui ne s'arrête qu'entre minuit et 7h du matin; Hôtel à éviter, très cher pour ce que c'est"

"Apartment was conveniently located and next to a gorgeous river with a small balcony overlooking it. Loft (with the only double bed) was up a ladder with a sloped roof so could not stand up except in corner. Other beds were fine for kids. We’ll stocked, secure parking, clear communications. Next to ski lift and shopping."

"Just some minor things . Kettle not satisfactory. No dish rack for those that don't use a dish washer."
