“We enjoyed everything about the property and the room. We wished we would have got three bedroom because it came with a garage. Parking was a little bit of an adventure but other than that we can't complain about anything on the grounds.”

“Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. “We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked. “My son and I take an annual fishing vacation. This property had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and attentive without being obtrusive. It is clean, very nicely decorated, and comfortable beds and furniture. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, waterfront vacation. We will be back!”

“This little studio was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The only real problem we had was pulling onto the highway in front of the home. Lots of traffic and limited visibility. The room itself was nice though the water pressure in the little kitchenette was little more than a trickle. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“Reception was very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy. Shuttle from the airport is confusing and awkward. Evening food service was terrible. There was one person tending bar and serving food. Poor man was hopelessly overextended and the cook went AWOL so we couldn’t get served. The bar area is extremely noisy because of echo and acoustics. ”
