「Super clean!!」

「Charming house with great location. Very clean with friendly staff. Had three issues with our stay: 1. Sound isolation is problematic, especially for light sleepers.」

「The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. 「The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!」

「I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. The hotel was.clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Our World Cup experience was great. Then I get home and found out the hotel charged me for the room a second time. The room was $1100 so getting charged a second time is a little rough. I have called customer service twice without any resolution. I have called...

「We went for a girls' trip. I highly recommend this property. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. The grounds were safe and well-maintained. We would stay again.」

「Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
