“Parking was easy and there were plenty of parking spots. Staff was nice. They had drinks and snacks for guest. I would stay here again. ”

“I found this property tobe subpar and just horrible. There was no remote for the television in the room. The one person at the desk was on the phone and very difficult for me to get his attention. The property is in need of renovation. He actually never came back after leaving to allegedly look for a remote. I had to call and ask him, and he simply said he couldn't find one very dismissively. Remained on the phone outside in the desk area. So I had no access to television. He did go through a……

“As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional……

“Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on……
