"Staff were welcoming & helpful when we arrived late night. After reading reviews about the ‘club lounge’ we were disappointed it no longer exists - totally my fault, as has been closed a couple of years, so reviews weren’t current 🙄 Harbourview room clean & comfortable, with a few flaws. The spout in the bathroom basin is very short, especially considering the large size of the basin. It’s impossible to wash/rinse your hands without knocking your knuckles into the back of the basin. There was no shelf or ledge in the shower stall for personal items. It’s great having the refillable pump packs for body wash etc, though we still space for cleanser, razor etc. The biggest thing for me was the supply of paper cups for my coffee!! Such a let down when you’ve furnished the room with a pod coffee machine & you have to drink it out of cardboard cups. I probably could have asked for a cup/mug from the bistro downstairs, though I shouldn’t have to. I didn’t seem very ‘green’ in the scheme of things. Having stayed elsewhere in Vancouver, on this trip, & paid a very similar price for both places (they both looked very comparable on paper) I think the Pinnacle would be my second choice next time."

"We only stayed one night and that was probably a good thing as the ambulances and motorcycles kept us awake during the night. Aside of that, really liked the room. The bathtub is a little slippery so had to use caution while taking a shower."
