「First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. 「Address is not correct, also the name of of the Hotel is not the same, so you will never find this on the google map. Having said the condition is okay, considering the price, still feels a bit overpriced. Good location for Vashi area.」
