I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」

During check out time, like the exact minute of 10:00, the lady started to put her key in our door and tried to open it, without any knocking or confirming that we were not in the room. The hotel used physical keys so actually they must know are we in the room. She kept on trying to force the door to open until we open the door and tell her just give us a minute. She...

「The building is very old and the entrance is not kept up. Looks dirty when you walk in. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to climb to get to the rooms. Our room was so dirty I didn’t want to stay. There was a chair that so filthy, I didn’t want to sit on it. The bathroom had mold in the shower and it smelt like urine. There were flying gnats in the bathroom. This is the worse room I have ever booked off of Expedia. The only positive was it’s close to the beautiful Navona square and the staff...

"地理位置很好，乘火車/巴士都十分方便，而且有軍人在火車站駐守，應該十分安全。酒店房間都可以，但因為不是高層，有少少嘈吵，但沒大影響。"
