「The hotel has a perfect location if you’re going to the Vatican. The staff is very kind. We had an issue at the check in. The A/C of the room was not working, they changed us 3 times of room and was uncomfortable. Also, the check out is 10.30am but they blocked our room card at 10.00am」

「Room was clean, a bit small but expected with the bnbs in this area. Balcony was beautiful and spacious, you could see the Vatican and is about 20 feet away from it. 5 min walk from all the best restaurants and gelato/dessert shops! Staff was extremely helpful and waited for us outside to bring us in and were more than willing to provide information/had pamphlets in the shared space outside our door for exploring Rome. A bit noisy as it is an apartment complex but only during the day time....
