“Morning breakfast was perfect, fresh cappuccinos to start the day. Staff was very helpful filling our water bottles every morning as well. Very trendy decor, room clean and lots of space in bathroom. Location is excellent very easy to get around.”

“Air conditioning was not strong enough to keep cool. Pot to boil water for coffee had boiled milk left in it. Loved the little balcony. Staff were super responsive and very helpful. Thank goodness there was a little elevator because it is up a lot of stairs!”

“Great historic hotel in a good neighborhood 3 blocks from St Peter’s Square. Many restaurants on the street and easily walkable as an old Rome neighborhood with the cobble stone streets. Closer to the Tiber and Castle San’Angelo. Lovely breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.”

“Great experience and the location is perfect. If your interest is to see the Vatican, this is the place to stay. If you plan on going to the Pantheon or Trevi fountain from here, go early. (We rented scooters at 4:30am) The food at the breakfast location is phenomenal. It’s a 2 minute walk from hotel. Many options on the menu and if you don’t have a paper voucher for breakfast contact the host for a voucher and it will be provided.”

“We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a……

“Vatican style staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The place was nice clean, if it’s your first time in Rome highly recommended to book pick up car from FCO to hotel which you can book through them. Place accessible to subway and food area it’s so very close to Vatican City you’ll see the walls right outside your hotel. And souvenir shopping is accessible right outside doorsteps. Luckily this place has lift for your luggage’s. Highly recommended and will definitely be back here.”

“酒店位置很好，就近梵蒂冈，旅游出行很方便，楼下就有很多餐厅和小吃店，开到很晚。酒店是公寓式酒店，需要和别人分享公共空间，不过房间有独立洗手间，房子有400年历史，要上楼梯，洗澡的水龙头水比较小，其他都很棒，东西也很新也干净。愉快的体验。”

“The room was spacious, with the couch and the tv. The bed was okay too. However, the place needed to be cleaned better. The floors were sticky and the bathroom also needed some deep cleaning. Some of our towels were stained. Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash. We only saw the staff once to ask for the city tax when we still had our backpacks on. I thought perhaps they could have waited a few minutes for us to enter and get……
