Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
This condo in Playa Junquillal is an excellent get away for a couple, a small family or group of friends. Located on the second floor of Tierra Pacifica commercial center. This loft has a king-size bed, and futon that converts into a full-size bed, and ensuite bathroom. On the main level, you'll find a sofa bed with a half bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer
Fully equipped kitchen , living/dinning area, and access to the shared pool.

Playa Junquillal is thirty-five kilometers East of Santa Cruz, the largest city in the area. It won the Blue Banner of the Institute of Tourism of Costa Rica, a measure of its pristine beauty.

The beach itself is four kilometers long and invites you to endless walks where you also can explore neighboring beaches. In the village there is a good grocery market and a variety of hotels, bars and restaurants where you can sample International or local cooking and any drink you might desire.
Rent a car is the best way to get around and explore the area.

Quiet and Cozy

It's a great cozy and quiet place. Spacious apartment with all you need if you want to cook. There is a small market on the first floor. Close to Playa Junquillal and the VerdiAzul turtle rescue center. (Go just before sunset to see them release baby turtles). It's not far from Playa Negra if you want more dinning options.

Beau séjour dans un lieu confortable/Nice stay in a comfortable place

Nous avons bien aimé cet endroit propre et sécuritaire. Comme il n’y a que 7 condos, c’est très tranquille. Nous avons adoré le stationnement couvert, l’ascenseur, le grand balcon avec la magnifique brise, la piscine, les commerces en-dessous des condos et la proximité des plages et restaurants (avec voiture). La laveuse & sécheuse étaient très appréciées, tout comme les serrures électroniques qui nous permettaient de quitter sans trainer des clés. La seule petite chose qui nous a un peu moins plu était le manque d’intimité, dû au fait que la fenêtre au-dessus de la porte d’entrée n’avait pas de rideaux, ce qui donnait vue sur le loft au 2e étage. Le lit n’était pas le plus confortable, mais j’imagine que ceci est propre à chacun. Nous n’avons presque pas vu d’insectes et nous n’avons jamais ressenti l’humidité. Nous avons eu la chance de voir et d'entendre des singes hurleurs. Georgina est à l’écoute des besoins des locataires. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter! ******************************************************************* We liked this clean and safe location. As there are only 7 condos, it is very quiet. We loved the covered parking, the elevator, the large balcony with the wonderful breeze, the swimming pool, the shops below the condos and the proximity to beaches and restaurants (with car). The washer & dryer were very appreciated, as were the electronic locks which allowed us to leave without dragging keys. The only little thing that we disliked was the lack of privacy, due to the window above the front door without curtains, which gave a view of the loft on the 2nd floor. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it’s a matter of taste. We hardly saw any bugs and never felt the humidity. We were lucky enough to see and hear howler monkeys. Georgina is attentive to the needs of tenants. We recommend this place without hesitation!
