"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. "Words aren’t enough to describe the magical vibe of this place! If feels like we are in a jungle but it’s a luxurious resort. On our last morning, we saw a family of howler monkeys on the hotel property trees. About 5 pair of parrots flying by. Other people said they saw humming birds too. The food was gourmet! They have amazing vegan food as well. The garden path to the beach from the resort is an amazing idea. You have best of the both worlds - beach front and hidden jungle resort. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. We will def come back here. "
