“Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful.
Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. “I am very satisfied with the hotel:
+ friendly staff
+ very close to supermarkets and restaurant
+ comfortable bed and pillows
+ mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room
+ good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs)
+ quiet neighbourhood
I have two small concerns:
- Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room.

“Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. "It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
