“Although the property is not on Audubon Lake, it is within walking distance, and there are a couple of nearby places to put a boat in. There is a scenic view out the back, overlooking the rolling hills and a pond. There’s also a nice front porch with lots of seating and a table for Al fresco dining and/or games, a selection of which are in the house.
