“This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.”

“Location is perfect for being close to San Marco, Rialto Bridge and amazing restaurants Not far from the Rialto stop with the water bus. Be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with the last set of stairs being steep and slightly slippery. Very secure apartment. Facilities were great and there is a wine cellar/rack where you can sample a bottle of vino from the owners very own vineyard. Just leave the payment on the table. Prices range from EURO 7 - 8 per bottle”
