“Beautiful apartment and plenty of room. Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave but the fans and portable ac units were very helpful. I wish the narrow “balcony” canal view would have been a bit bigger but that just because I had dreamed of having a glass of wine or cup of coffee overlooking the Venetian canal but it was still very cool and much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for management is a more modern coffee maker. I did not have coffee, did not know where to buy any……

“The apartment has a separate entrance from the street level. The address of the listing is not quite accurate so it wasnt easy to find. We had to arrange with the host our arrival and get the keys. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. However, the nespresso pods were not authentic and did not work with the coffee machine. Would be useful to have paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.”

“L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto meglio di quanto mostrino le foto. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, la biancheria da letto è di alta qualità e super confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni turistiche. L'host è stato molto premuroso! Ci tornerei sicuramente!”

“Expect no towels (except you pay 5 Euros), no water boiler and breakfast is 16 Euro per person for something that’s never worth 16 euro (except the coffee). Rooms were ok but nothing special.”

“This is the second time we have stayed here. Great communication and checkin m, lovely clean place and great location away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre. Highly recommended.”
