“This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.”

“We got off to a rough start with the hot water and heat not working. They sent someone out for three days in a row to try to get it working which we appreciated but it was very uncomfortable to start and was only fixed after we requested a refund. Please note that you have to get your keys from near the bus station upon arrival which is a bit of a distance from the accommodations. It was relatively clean and very spacious. We liked the patio. There was no garbage in the bathroom or a place to……
