“Check in was fast and easy.”

“Stayed in a ground floor king size room to stay overnight for a wedding at the plantation Golf and country club 10 minutes down the road. I like to there was an actual comforter on the bed, and that the bed was comfortable! Had a good night's sleep and surprisingly the breakfast was adequate and tasty. Probably will never stay there again, however I will choose fairfields when looking for a hotel of this caliber.”

“We may live in Venice, but my daughter wanted to have a girls night with her best friends where she could also swim. We chose this hotel as it was close by and at a decent price to accommodate us. I was pleasantly surprised with how bright and clean the entire hotel was. The rooms are a great size and fit 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. I loved that there was a curtain to separate the living room space from the beds, enabling the kids to continue enjoying their time together while the adults……

“The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again.”

“This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

“The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”

“The room was clean except for the sticky floors. The property manager was very helpful and even brought me ice!!! All things necessary were there though not fancy. Was good for me. A very safe area with parking right outside your door.”

“Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great. Both sank in the middle. Fridge didn’t really cool well. Coffee pot not a kuerig so don’t get the pods. The beach was a……
