Enjoy your stay in the comfort of our modern house in the quiet surrounding of our bird sanctuary neighborhood. Enjoy being close to our area's pristine beaches, exquisite dining, and shopping at historic Venice downtown. The house is located just 8 minutes away from Manasota beach and a short bicycle ride to the scenic Venetian Waterway Trail. Experience the year-round fishing at the Venice pier while watching Florida's most beautiful sunsets.

South Venice is a suburban neighborhood located in Venice, Florida. It has its own boat ramp, a private beach, and a beach ferry that takes people across Intracoastal Waterway to a quiet private beach. This neighborhood is one of the few communities that still has an “Old Florida” charm. This charm can be also seen in the Venice Historic Downtown where the architecture speaks for itself and the little shops and restaurants are unique and inviting. Also, in the heart of downtown, you will find a splash pad that could be enjoyed with the whole family on a hot summer day.

The home we stayed at was very comfortable, and it was well appointed with much needed essential items in the kitchen and bath. The location is very near restaurants, food shopping and more importantly, golfing. I recommend Venice Lakes and Venice East golf courses. In addition, the location is near one of several walking and birding trails. Hats off to Shamrock Park and Nature Trail, Lemon Bay Preserve, the Audubon Rookery, just to name a few.

Sweet Duplex on Quiet Street!

My mom and I stayed here and really enjoyed it! The rental is well stocked for beach trips: wagon, beach umbrella, chairs, towels, even sunscreen! I really appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, and even lotion. We got lots of use out of the washer & dryer as well. Very well stocked kitchen! There is a king Sleep Number bed, a queen(?) bed, and also a daybed with trundle in the sun room. The TV was HUGE and the couch was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Very well stocked rental!!!

Fun&relaxing time in Venice FL

The property was super clean and comfortable. The property is in an old, established and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. We liked the "Three Bridges Brewery" & Metro Dinner for food & drink. The house is close to several beaches & a small rookery that we visited. Great vacation spot. Suggesttion: leave instructions for check-out in the house so guests know what to do.

Stayed 2 days visiting family in the area. The house is actually a duplex with shared driveway. House was clean. Bathroom super small with washer/dryer under sink. Master bed is sleep number so make sure and set it to your liking.

Perfect for our trip

This was the perfect home for our trip to florida. There was plenty of space for our toddler to roam and play, and he was especially a fan of the big living room tv! The beds are very very comfortable, and I honestly think the home is bigger than it feels in the listing photos. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy and comfortable

This rental is in a great quiet location conveniently located between a few local beaches. The house has everything needed for a day at the beach or to just stay there and relax. The property is very clean and has a cozy feeling. Will definitely seek this property again when we return.

Perfect home in Venice!

This was our first time in Venice and we packed for everything we thought we would need. Little did we know that this home had EVERYTHING we needed and more! We traveled with our little ones (3 & 1) and can I just say they had thought of everything. Toys, games, beach gear, yoga mats just to name a few. The hosts thought of everything to a T. We were able to return a few items because the house provided it all. The space Co is as pictured but better in person. Extremely clean, bright, open and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and had sleep numbers which were a plus! You really felt like the gist prepared everything for you. Location was perfect, right off main highway that we V used to get every where. Took us 15 mins to get to Nokomis beach where our family was. Downtown Venice was a few mins away. Publix and Target were around the corner. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone who doesn’t want to think about packing because this home has everything you need. Just pack your clothes and enjoy!
