Perfect!

Owner was quick to respond to every message we sent from the time we booked through our stay. This place was perfect for our group of 4 visiting Venice prior to leaving on a cruise from Ravenna. Location made it easy to arrive and depart without dragging luggage over bridges! Apartment is well equipped and clean. Nicoletta greeted us upon arrival and took the time to show us the apartment, gave us a map of Venice and provided tips of the best places to see, shop and eat. We will definitely rent this place again when we return to Venice!!

Great home and location

Property was a great location in Venice at a reasonable price. Nicolleta was friendly and very helpful, directing us to local restaurants and how to navigate Venice. I would absolutely stay in this property again if I was to return to Venice

Two weeks in Venice

This is a great flat with lots of room and with everything you will need. It is very easy to find as on Piazza Roma where the airport bus arrives. Loved looking out at canal and a good place to walk. Many restaurants close by and easy to follow signs to St Marks and Rialto Bridge. A kind and helpful owner and landlord.

Super séjour

Très bon emplacement près des parkings et de la gare. Pratique pour les bagages à transporter. L'appartement est très convivial, au calme car il donne sur l'arrière sur un canal. Un accueil chaleureux par une personne qui est de bons conseils. Nous avons profité au maximum.

Bright spacious apartment in Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this bright, spacious apartment in Santa Croce, Venice. The flat was conveniently located close to the train station and Piazzale Roma but was tucked away on a quiet canal. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed and was a lovely place to “live” in while in Venice - highly recommended!

Hohes Niveau

Tolle am Rande der Wasserstadt gelegene Wohnung. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, sollte sich gleich eine Tageskarte für das Vaporetto, den Wasserbus kaufen. Mit ihm kommt man schnell in jede Ecke der Stadt, Umsteigen klappt fast ohne Wartezeit. Das Parkhaus Communale liegt unweit der Wohnung mit akzeptablen Tagestarifen, bei Vorreservierung. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Schönes großes Apartment in super Lage

Netter und hilfreicher Empfang durch Nicoletta, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, nur die deutsche Kaffeemaschine fehlt, sehr gute Lage an der Piazzale de Roma und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung und tolle Menschen

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, wenn man nicht nur Venedig sondern auch die Umgebung erkunden möchte ist sie eine gute Ausgangslage- zudem wollten wir nicht mit dem ganzen Gepäck ( was man ja auch so bei 4 Personen hat) durch die Stadt reisen so war es super ausladen zu können um dann das Auto zu versorgen.

Großartig! Great Stay!

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich absolut verkehrsgünstig, aber trotzdem ruhig und malerisch an einem kleinen Kanal. Sie ist richtig schön eingerichtet, sauber und hat im großen und ganzen alles was man braucht. Eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre ganz gut. Die Wohnung war gleich „unsere“, wir haben uns wirklich heimisch gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat sich gleich nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und hat uns mit wirklich hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, das war wirklich ganz super! Wir wurden von Nicoletta eingewiesen, die Kommunikation mit ihr war schon im Vorfeld ganz hervorragend , sie war super freundlich und uns eine hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir reisten am Samstag an, außerhalb der Ferienzeit und das Parkhaus auf Tronchetto war voll. Es gibt noch einen großen Parkplatz unter freiem Himmel, gleich daneben, da fanden wir noch einen Platz. Wir parkten dort 6 Tage und bezahlten 126€. Das nächste Mal würden wir vielleicht im Voraus einen Platz im Parkhaus buchen. Der Preis ist der Gleiche. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! The apartment is really conveniently located, but still quiet and on a small picturesque canal. It is really nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. A bigger coffee maker would be fine. The apartment was "ours" right away, we really felt at home. The landlord got in touch with us immediately after booking and provided us with really helpful informations, that was really great! We were briefed by Nicoletta, the communication with her was excellent in advance, she was super friendly and a helpful contact person for us during our stay. We arrived on Saturday outside the holiday season and the parking garage on Tronchetto was full. There is also a large open-air car park, right next to it, where we found another space. We parked there for 6 days and paid € 126. Next time we might book a parking space in advance. The price is the same. With the PeopleMover you can be in Piazzale Roma in a short time and thus almost at the apartment. Our daughter came by train and was there in ten minutes. We would book again anytime!
