WELCOME to our "HAPPY HOUSE by the SEA"! A fully furnished 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath home close to all amenities, including downtown Venice shopping, restaurants and beaches!
Plus, a private fenced in backyard for you and Fido to enjoy ~ with his/her own Doggie Door off the spacious Sunroom.
Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and famous local restaurants. There's drumming and yoga on the beach and so much more!

Eco Friendly ~ NO chemicals used within or without home. There is a large screened patio and a large backyard with tables / chairs and solar lights that automatically come on at night. Blackout Curtains in Both Bedrooms. Friendly & Quiet Neighborhood. Secure Home. Lots of Perks plus a Beautifully Furnished Gourmet Kitchen too! No Pets Except a SMALL dog allowed, (with Extra Deposit.)
