「This property worked well for a weekend beach getaway for three adults. Clear instructions were provided for checking in & out. The living room had ample room for gathering. The kitchen is nice & well stocked with cooking supplies. The hosts provided some K cups for the Keurig & a nice snack assortment. We did find a dirty glass in the cupboard & an extra blanket in a closet smelled moldy & had to be washed before use. The backyard had nice seating areas. We did not use the pool or hot tub. 」

「Yes parking was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great other than the acorns. Floors in the bungalow could of used a good mopping. Brad who answered the phone was alwsys pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again. Actually trying to put together a family trip and rent all the bungalows. 」

「We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong...
