“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“We liked the location of the room in reference to the pool, in a closed area which was convenient for our kids.”

“I always get nervous with booking small boutique hotels because you never know what you are going to get. Pleasantly surprised with the property. Great location for easy access to the beach and close to the Village. Great attention from all of the staff from check-in which included a tour of the property and the unit and the very kind cleaning staff. Other guests were also respectful with the amount of noise both during the day and at night. Would definitely stay again and have already referred……

“The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything at our fingertips and were happy throughout our entire stay. The place was always immaculately cleaned and in order. The resort was family friendly but quiet and relaxing. The beach access was private and perfect. Thank you everyone at this resort love you guys!”

“Virginia the check in lady was so nice gave excellent customer service. I think the only complaint I would have was if the couch could haven been more comfortable or at least had throw pillows for added support comfort. But just that little minor glitch everything else was excellent totally recommend this resort. Great value for the location and views.”

“Apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Location was great! Pool was fabulous, we almost had it to ourselves every day. Staff was very helpful when we needed something. Lots of walking space for your pet. Felt like a very safe community. My only complaint was that the carpet/flooring needs to be updated, and a fresh coat of paint would give it another star in my rating. But even with that I would definitely recommend this place and probably will rent again.”
