"We’re pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is … We love our room and the amenities…. It’s clean, the sheets are crisp, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice … Love the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities…. The hotel is well laid out and has a lot of nice touches…. The lobby attendant was very friendly and professional…. We love the indoor pool as well and the restaurant and bar! "Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers a spectacular pool with a bar boasting stunning views. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and served with great care, and our room was always stocked with fresh, clean towels daily. Parking is valet only, and it is $50 per night (not $40 as stated on the Expedia listing). What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality—especially from María Henderson, whose warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel at home from day one. This hotel is a true gem and we highly recommend it."
