「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…」

「Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!」
