「We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.」

「A wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. I highly recommend Silver Surf Gulf Beach Resort. 100%! 🌴☀️」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
