「The entire experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service every step along the way. They were all professional but with a wonderful level of comfort that we felt right at home. We can’t wait to go back!」

「There was no refrigerator in the room. When I went to pick up my car, I gave them the ticket. They lost the ticket and I waited for over 20 minutes to get my car. The room had no bottled water and I found out when I was leaving that bottle of water was served free to all rooms. It was a two bedroom room and one of the beds seem to have collapsed and never been fixed. Much lower than the other bed.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
