"Prime beach proximity - can hear the ocean waves right from the room. Super friendly staff. Walking distance from Vons, Starbucks, Thai/Mexican food. Hallways could use some paint touch-ups but otherwise very difficult to complain. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The grounds are beautiful. The Inn is old but they are working on it. We love the big rooms because we are quilters and bring our machines, cutting boards, etc and there is still room to spread out and pin your quilt. "

"We were pleased with our stay at the Viking Motel . Check-in at 8 pm was quick and simple. The room was very clean and had tile floors throughout. The king bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Having a full kitchen was a bonus, even though we did not cook, but just had breakfast from the grocery store. This is an older property, but it has been updated better than many older places we have stayed."
