“The property was very nice - well maintained and updated. It was a very short walk to the main street of Coeur d'Alene (Sherman Ave) - closer than it looks on maps. The property absolutely has beds for 6. But if you are planning to have that many people, note one bathroom and only a small 2 person table for eating. Huge couch though! In a very quiet neighborhood.”

“We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little place for us and our dog for a couple days. My husband I even mentioned some of the features we should incorporate in our house. The house was well stocked with anything you might need from pet supplies to laundry and cooking supplies. We also loved the outdoor area with the green space and porch chairs. It was clean and well laid out. We loved our stay here and if we come back to Spokane we will definitely be a repeat guest!”

“The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.”

“The house is great! It was very well stocked for a big family. They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!”

“We just stayed at Thomas and Susan's Rathdrum Mountain House for 5 nights in the middle of April. It was truly one of the nicest and most beautiful and wonderful places we have ever stayed. We usually are van campers so this was luxurious for us. Previous reviewers have captured everything and we agree with all the comments. The house is beautiful, every detail is perfect and so well thought out. They were waiting for us when we arrived, and there was a lovely cheese, meat and fruit platter. The……

“We stayed at this property during Memorial day weekend. It seems to be a mix in the neighborhood where we saw young families, adults and seniors out and about. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and the living room was where my family hung out most of the time. We especially liked having access to the laundry facilities since we were there with young kids as well. We were also in town to check out a couple of universities and there all within close proximity as well as the downtown……

“There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!”
