「This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.」

「I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a great 2 night stay. The apartment was stocked with coffee, snacks, and breakfast essentials, almost TOO good to be true. Would definitely stay again next time we travel to LA. 」

「We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.」

「My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️」

「It’s a cool large space that three of us were comfortable in. The space works great for work out. We walked to all the restaurants while staying here, and all the other interests were close by also. The host is very friendly. We plan on staying here in the future when we’re back in LA.」

「Bed was super comfortable. Location was convenient (7 minutes from our kids and walkable to Natalee Thai). Sun cooperated and the garden was beautiful. Immediately responsive on an evening phone call when i had trouble connecting with the WIFI because I used the wrong password. Icemaker in frig didn't work, so it would have been nice to have ice cube trays. A bit of trouble with the heating, which was on a timer. A call and a visit from their assistant produced an immediate fix.」

「Wonderful wAy to enjoy LA」

「We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!」

「I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.」

「The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.」

「Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!」

「The place worked well for us and our visit with our daughter who lives in Sierra Madre. Had some issues with the upstairs unit moving furniture in the late evening several nights. Overall it met our needs and was easy to use.」

「The location was very convenient for visiting my son. I felt pretty safe around most of the blocks, but did find looking for a parking spot at 9/10:00 after a day of traveling and site seeing difficult. I was told plenty of street parking, but there are few open near our apartment.」

「Stairway up to room pretty steep and barely disclosed. Area pretty noisy. Better than last place rented.」

「The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay」

「넷플릭스 본사 바로 맞은편 건물. 건물은 크지 않았지만, 방은 컸음. 거실, 부엌 다 좋았음. 부엌에 필요한 물품이 다 갖추어져 있어 오래 묵기에, 가족과 같이 지내기에 정말 편했음. 주차도 편리했고... 다만 커뮤니케이션 메일과 문자가 너무 많이 오는 것이 귀찮음. 주요한 내용만 깔끔하게 보내주면 좋겠음. 」
