「Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.」

「The cabin is lovely and cozy and homey and it's clear a great deal of thought has gone into making it welcoming. Our hosts were very friendly and made themselves available. They even rushed over to bring a utensil we needed that was not in the kitchen. We definitely plan to come back!」

Smart TV's and wifi worked great. The only thing missing for a longer stay would be a laundry machine. Off the beaten path, but not too far. Beautiful views just down the road!」

「Extremely cute and cozy cabin in a quiet rural area. Very clean and decorated extraordinarily well to give you the feeling of a true Vermont experience. The mattress in the main bedroom was wonderful. We did have a minor issue but Chad was quick to respond and help. I recommend this cottage and hope to stay here again the next time we are travelling through the area.」

「Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You」
