“The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available.……

“Stayed at Siesta Palms by the Beach for a week in May. The unit we had was spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels for our week stay. The shower was awesome!! It was also nice to have beach amenities to take with us such as chairs, umbrella, cart. However, the chairs were pretty rusted and old. Could use an update. The area was quiet and serene. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to beach access. However, once you reach the beach there isnt a lot of space for people to spread out……

The dove soap, shampoo and lotion was also appreciated. Only thing that I can say to have made it any better was to have full and firm pillows on the bed. Other than that I would book again”

“Room was cute, clean, no major issues. Check in was easy. Opens to nice view of the water. The bath/shower did not drain well. Seems like a party place. We were there for a soccer tournament and it met our needs, but it was very noisy. Live music that you could hear in the room at night (but stopped at a reasonable hour). Everyone who stays here smokes. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant bc it was so smoky for the kids. The planes fly right overhead starting at 6am. If you don’t mind the noise……

“The place is wonderful the owner and employees are also. The only reason gave less stars on description is the restaurant for dinner was not open or live music which is part of why I booked it. But we walked downtown and there is many many restaurants.”

“This place is fantastic! The communication and support from ownership was awesome! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was just as advertised. The cafe and coffee shop below was super convenient and they had great food and drinks. Next time I am in Sarasota I will absolutely try and stay here. Excellent experience!!”

“Location is part of 3 buildings with multiple rooms on site. Room directly above this one. It is centrally located for getting to Sarasota & Siesta Key. Access code is with coffee shop. Positives: Staff is very friendly & prompt. We interacted with several, including Jessica (the owner), and each one was pleasant and helpful. Restaurant onsite (not the coffee shop - we never made it there) was quaint & rustic. Dinner was delicious & we ate every bite. Staff even set us up at a reserved table of……

The building was dark and we spent the first few minutes wandering around, looking for someone to help us. After having called the listed phone number twice and left two messages, as well as messaged through VRBO; we finally knocked on another guest’s door to see if we could get some help. They weren’t sure how to help, and after hanging around for about 10 min, not getting any response,……
