This was our second time staying here. We have a family reunion every year in Odell and this house is. Great place to stay. Very comfortable, plenty of room.

Super cozy bungalow!

Once again, a wonderful stay in this quaint house! We come to town for a reunion, we found this gem last year. The rooms are beautiful, loved the Keurig, and there's enough parking for 3 cars. We will definitely stay again!

Would absolutely stay again!

This home is exactly as it is listed and is very clean and very well-maintained. The host was fabulous at immediately getting back to me with questions I may have had or even dealing with the fact that we left a phone in the home. She was very accommodating and very kind. This was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding in the area. If I ever need a place to stay in Vernon Texas, it would be this home.

We stay here almost every month for a night. The place is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe there. The host is very nice and easy to work with. She replies very quickly. We will continue to stay there monthly.

Wonderful Home

We had a great stay at Meredith’s place. Only 1 night as we were driving through. Meredith is a great communicator. We had no trouble finding the house or getting in. We really appreciated the different coffees and the ice in the freezer. The beds were comfortable & the master shower quite nice. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Vernon.

My wife her sister and brother came for a school reunion. This was perfect and we all agreed. It was clean, comfortable and set up perfectly. This is the last reunion we probably will attend. I recommend staying here to any party that is looking for the perfect place to stay.

Misleading

Yard is not usable for pets. Not by any stretch. All you have is an enclosed dirt patch with so many limbs that it's impossible for any dog to get any exercise, which is why we booked this place to begin with. No decent restaurants nearby. Only 1tv worked. Dishes were dirty, so we'd didn't even use. Since the backyard was not usable & the neighborhood not the best, this was a bust for us.

Very clean and updated inside

The inside was very clean, updated and comfortable. Directions were easy, TV worked. The back patio needed a good sweeping and the umbrella provided for shade was so hard to open that the two of us couldn't do it together. BUT it didn't matter because the trees are so large that the shade was great. Chair pads would have been nice though.There was this security camera on the back patio. We were not comfortable with that being there. I do not know if it was recording us or not. We would have liked to have been told about this. There was a noise meter in the living room?? It did say because there is a noise ordinance. All in all a good nice clean place. Host was very nice and helpful via text.

Quiet, spacious home had everything we needed

Perfect fit for our family. Plenty of space for rest and hanging out. Nicely decorated, clean and modern throughout. The extra touches (USB chargers, extra TV in the bedroom, tea kettle, fireplace, washer & dryer) were nice surprises.

Vernon fun!

Average looking as you arrive, harder for low profile cars to get into drive, but interior is spectacular! The home is clean and bright, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the Keurig is an excellent touch! Easy to communicate with owners, would definitely stay here again!

A wonderfully comfortable stay

Our host was amazingly helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was always easily accessible. Everything in the house felt truly clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, so we all slept well. The washing machine was unexpectedly down when we arrived, so she gave us access to fresh towels, and she washed up and returned all of our towels and bath mats promptly every day. The location was also really good for quick access to anything we needed in town; nothing was more than about 10 mins away. This was the best VRBO experience I've had yet.
