“Peaceful nights and days. Comfortable, clean, and private. Close to some historic attractions and a short drive to downtown Savannah. Would highly recommend this cottage.”

“We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise……

“Beautiful”

“What a cute and cozy place! Perfectly centered in the middle of everything, we enjoyed our bday trip immensely. So did our pups.”

“I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be……

“Very well put together home in local neighborhood. Extremely happy with reservation. Fence in backyard provided very nice oasis.”

“The property was just right for our one night stay. It was clean, reasonably priced and close to restaurants. It was noisy at night due to a bar behind the property that had an outdoor area for patrons. It wasn't a real issue though as I always bring a white noise machine for that reason. I would stay here again.”

“We stopped for a few days for a mini vacation before our actual vacation. Originally, we chose to stay at this property because of location, but we all LOVED it. The home was clean, and spacious enough to hold our entire family (6). One thing that stood out to me was the reference books and guides that the owners left out to assist us in finding food and entertainment during our trip. Overall, it was a great stay- and if we find our way back to Savannah, we will stay again!”

“Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience.”

“Very small but very charming! Definitely do not recommend for more than 2 people, as there's minimum privacy when doing your business! Your roommate will hear everything LOL. A pleasant surprise was that since the time the property photos were made, the futon chair has been replaced with a small loveseat with a pull out cushion mattress. Shower and toilet worked great. Easy drive to Tybee and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return!”

“The kitchen utensils are very detailed.”

“Had a wonderful stay. Near Forsyth and Kroger. Clean, comfortable, quiet :-)”

“The location was amazing! Steps from the park and walkable to so many wonderful places. We loved it and having a parking spot was a huge bonus! Rob was a great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only miss is that it is below grade and that was not clear in the listing or description. Not a deal breaker but we were in the back corner so if we opened the shades people could see in and we looked onto the parking area. We would still stay there again and would……

“Very clean and kitchen was well stocked.”

“Overall, it was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We stayed 4 nights and the house was comfortable and clean. The only note I have is that the door you enter the house has a really wide gap so I had to stuff a dish towel in it to keep to hot air out or maybe possible insects from outdoors. But, it is a historic house and definitely did not ruin the trip by any means. The house is in a great location but PLEASE take note of the street sweeper days and times, we got a ticket on our last……

“There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area.”

“Our stay had multiple issues that made it frustrating and uncomfortable. First, safety and access: the long, narrow walkway from Jones Street to the cabin was very dark and uneven. We tripped more than once. The motion light was barely effective, making a flashlight an absolute necessity. Once at the cabin, the back door lock (especially the bottom one) was ridiculously difficult to turn and needs maintenance. Inside, the kitchenette lacked basic attention. There was only enough coffee for one……

“As listed, the apartment is rustic but well-maintained. As the apartment is on the lower level, we experienced a great deal of noise from the residents living in the apartment above. The host was made aware of this and addressed the issue. It was a bit quieter for the rest of our stay. Also as listed, the central living space is the screened-in porch. The location is ideal. We were within walking distance of all the historical sights we wanted to visit. Parking was a breeze. When nearby street……

“Great location and cozy place!”
