「It feels like Valentina has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay in Lucca. Valentina’s communication, kindness and knowledge of the area were amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the communal kitchen includes a water dispenser offering still and sparkling, free coffee and snacks as well as an incredible view over the amphitheater of Lucca. Just a few steps out of the front door is Cafe Santa Zita where we had the best coffee we had in Lucca and...

「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

「Wonderful Tuscan hideaway inside the massive walls of Lucca.」

「The staff were lovely, the property was clean and conveniently located. We stayed at the property on a Friday and Saturday and the outdoor noise was very loud at night. Based on the number of young adults on the streets, I assume this is common everywhere within the walls. Luckily, my kids were able to sleep through it. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was very accommodating for my celiac son.」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh.
