“Entrance was cumbersome. I was instructed to dial a name on the intercom but intercom screen display was defective. Letters were missing. Apartment was excellent with lots of amenities. Good location.”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“Great location for the center of Milan. The street the apartment is on is not as nice as others but totally fine. Apartment was exactly as advertised and the host communication was very good.”

“Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights……

“It was a bit difficult to find the property, maybe a bit more detail ahead of time of how to find the property, would make it easier. Staff was friendly, which I appreciated. And the location was great. Not ideal for a light sleeper, because the sound of trains is almost nonstop, although they give you earplugs, but still, it's a lot of noise for a light sleeper. The only thing that was not comfortable for me specifically, was that the AC would not catch up to the selected set room temperature,……

“首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！”

“The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. ”

“The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.”
