Sergio and his wife were so incredibly kind and accommodating, even when my travel and check-in was delayed and it took me longer than expected to arrive on my first night. Sergio took the time to point out all of the major tourism points of interest to me on a map when I checked in, and even gave me some recommendations for food and other activities in the area (which I happily took, and they were great!). “The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer. ”

“The check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat. “Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out!
