“Perfect location to stay and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. 4 minutes to the hwy, and easy to get around the area. Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay”

“We had a great weekend in MSP at this location. Hunter was a great host. Very easy, convenient location to shopping and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, didn't even realize there was a dog next door except we saw his cute face in the window as we came and went. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I rented this for a month in February. David was helpful and responsive as a host. He lives on the main level below this upstairs apartment. I found the furnishings to be cozy and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were live plants in the unit. Access was simple with a digital code. There is a laundry room in the basement of the house. “Starting with the good. It is very close to several bars and shops. Communication with the manager was efficient. Kitchen was clean and was provided 2 bottled flavored waters and some chips upon arrival. TV and internet worked. Parking was easy to get in and out. The garden area was nice where the grills were. “It’s advertised as a condo but it’s a hotel suite. The hotel itself is nice. Room needed to be updated and the walls were very thin. Stay was okay, just not what we were expecting.”

“While the sun room and other aspects were nice, there were several more things that were awkward and downright alarming. Had a terrible time getting in, having to use multiple codes that wouldn’t work and even a set of keys that only worked for the back door where a banister was falling off the wall. “Conveniently located to the airport and other spots on the western side of the metro. We were a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) in the area for a family funeral west of the Twin Cities. The house provided a great set-up to accommodate all of us for sleeping and bathing arrangements.”
