“I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and……

“Great stay at a beautifully landscaped and well kept boutique resort lodge. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool and helpful friendly staff. We purchased the half board plan and found the food to be very good quality and beautifully presented. One small area for potential improvement is the continental breakfast options. However, the hot breakfast menu was filled with tasty items. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is not to be missed. My husband……

“Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.”

“Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. ”

“It is great place with nice decoration. It is only 3.4km from town center. The partition wall is little bit thin, so it will be noisy in case your neighbourhood noise.”
