“Overall great place… have stayed there a number of times. But the last time was disappointing…I ordered room service at 9:20 pm and never got it delivered. Much less than i would expect even from a one star hotel let alone a hotel of this calibre ”

“I loved everything about this hotel. After speaking with Tamsyn for several months, she (and the rest of the staff!) made sure my visit was exactly how I wanted. The food was spectacular. “The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night Overall the stay was good.”

“My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house.”

“This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.”
