Fewo mit super Lage

Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage im 1. Bezirk. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. In sichtbaren Bereich war es sauber, ansonsten unter den Betten und an anderen Möbeln (Schrank, Sofa, Handtuchhalter) angesammelter Staub. Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr alt (Sofa und Betten, Matratzen) Wände würden Farbe benötigen. Es fehlt Geschirr wie zBsp. Gläser und Müslie-Schalen. Der Wohnzimmertisch wackelt stark. Lüftungsmöglichkeit von 2 Zimmern nur eingeschränkt durch Kippfenster möglich. Nachts bei geschlossen Fensterläden keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Im ganzen Haus finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Das hat uns der Vermieter nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Da im Eingangsbereich sehr viel Staub war, hat in und vor der Wohnung eine Staubmatte gefehlt. Im August sind wohl die arbeiten im Eingangsbereich erledigt.

Funktioniert mit FEWO nicht

Der Vermieter wollte Kartendaten von meiner Tochter, Belastung der Karte funktionierte angeblich nicht. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich probieren, wurde aber vom Vermieter nicht akzeptiert weil angeblich keine Buchungen mehr angenommen werden. Stand aber als frei drin. FEWO- Direkt nein danke. Lieber direkt im Hotel. Das Bewertungsportal ist total unflexibel. Wir können über die Wohnung nichts sagen. War sicher sauber mit guter Lage.

Angenehmes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und fussläufig ist das Herz Wiens mit all seinen schönen Plätzen und Orten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltet sich angenehm und einfach. Es wird bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Quasi um die Ecke sind mehrere Restaurants für jeden Geschmack.

Nettes Apartment in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Wir waren eine Woche zu fünft in Wien. Das Apartment war hierfür perfekt gelegen. Es ist zentral, dafür sehr ruhig, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zur erreichen. Herr Eller hat immer umgehend auf Emails und Anrufe reagiert und war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Gerne wieder
