「It was a really nice place. In our case there was no one else there so we were able to hang out in the main downstairs area which was pretty nice. The staff we needed help from were very responsive as well. I honestly would recommend staying here as the views from the front porch at night and during sunset are amazing!」

I assumed that a place called dark skies would have lights that are motion sensored or more dim so that you could take in the night sky, so we walked about a block down the road to see the stars. 「What a great place to stay. When I first arrived, I was met by the general manager, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was real food and 100% delicious. I will most definitely stay there again when in town.」

Located at the base of the Sawatch Mountain Range, this charming inn is home to a small herd of friendly goats, a seriously fantastic breakfast spread and the absolutely most comfortable beds. We feel lucky to have found this incredible place and made sure to purchase their delectable homemade goats milk yogurt (10/10 recommend.) My husband and I cannot wait to stay again!! 」
