“The location is great where there is a grocery store across the street & your 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach. You're also close to the metro station. The hostel is very clean. There are stairs to enter the hostel. It can be loud outside as you're on a busy street, but you're in a central location. The hostel has 2 bathrooms & sometimes individuals will spend time changing in there, doing their make up and you'll have to wait to brush your teeth. I don't know if you can tell people what not……

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“It is absolutely a beautiful unique house with a gorgeous garden… the room was very spatious and amazingly quiet. Communication was a little difficult breakfast basic and the room could be cleaner but it was my first visit to South America and am probably too much used to European standards”

“Every was great”

“Conveniente la ubicación, limpio y desayuno completo. Es un hotel un poco viejo y no modernizado pero limpio y cumple lo que se busca.”

“Wifi and toilet flush were weak, brrakfast was great, frint desk and bell guys were friendly and helpful.”

“muy lindo y acogedor, las personas muy amables”

“The hotel is very basic. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel seems to operate at full capacity most of the time. They are generally unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests have to wait in the lobby until 3:00 PM, and then suddenly all the rooms seem to become available for check-in at the same time. There is no iron in the room. If you need one, you have to go to the front desk, get a special key, and access the first floor, which is a little inconvenient. The……

“Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. The bed was comfortable but we booked for twin beds & got a double instead! There was a decent spread for the breakfast, & it was labelled with a description in English as well. But no decaf coffee option was available. A lot of the staff were very helpful & friendly, but the ladies at the check in desk……

“Never stayed in such a poor hotel in my life. I know I should not expect much from a "budget" hotel, but at least they should provide with essential goods in the room. Virtually you only get a bed in a very small room to sleep and nothing else; no shampoo (there was a shampoo bottle but it was empty. Although I asked the staff to refill but they ignored my request), no drink water, no cups to take water from tap. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was OK but the foods were the same every……

“Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful”

“Located in China Town , easy for restaurants. Hotel is old , bathing tub is weird but staff are very nice”
