"I love staying at a Hampton Inn & suites. This was the first time I used the shuttle and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The bed was comfortable which is very important for me. The breakfast had many options and very filling. They also had a little mart that was useful when you come back from the parks and want a quick snack or even microwaveable meal. They were accommodating with the toiletries. The rooms were clean and fairly up to date. I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful! "

"Room wasn’t ready when we were told it was. Had to make up the sofa bed myself and call housekeeping for a duvet for that bed"

"There was hair on the floor, hair in the bathtub, the whole floor was dirty, walls are dirty, room service is every 3 days so no one will clean your room or do anything, no soap, dirty towels. Bathroom door doesn’t close. I don’t think they clean the rooms at all, they might clean bed sheets but that is unsure. Breakfast is ok. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I read here that they reform the hotel, I can not imagine how it was before. "

"The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. "
