It’s absolutely ideal for a multigenerational Holliday-there is a downstairs area with two bedrooms and a sitting room which my son and daughter know they’re too young children used With four ensuite bedrooms with air-conditioning upstairs-in fact there is air-conditioning throughout the property which is wonderful when it’s very hot. “Our family had a wonderful fortnight’s holiday in Eileen and Aiden’s property in June. The house and gite are exactly as described and both were beautifully and comfortably furnished and extremely well equipped for self catering. The property is sited in a large, mature and well cared for garden, which added to the pleasure of our stay. “Die Villa liegt erhöht über Limoux mit traumhaftem Blick über die Stadt und in die Pyrenäen. Individuell wunderschön eingerichtet und kein typisches Ferienhaus mit Mustereinrichtung. Die Betten haben neue Matratzen und sind superbequem. Ralf und Birgit haben sich wirklich gut und herzlich um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Villa werden wir sicherlich nochmal buchen und uns den Rest der schönen Gegend anschauen.”

L extérieur offre de l'espace où tout est réfléchi pour que chacun puisse trouver son coin de tranquillité au besoin. Les soirées sous la pergola en bois sont un instant privilégié avec un éclairage de guinguette. La piscine de 10 m x 5 m, est agréable et chauffée au minimum à 24 degrés. Nul doute que les propriétaires sont de vrais épicuriens qui ont du savoir vivre tout……

“Amazing location at the bottom of the old city, a quick hike up the hill (<10 min) to the back part. patio in particular was great, amazing views from the bedrooms which were decent sized and good bathrooms (laundry also good). However inside the house Stairs were very steep and narrow to get between bedrooms (1 per floor). We had a difficult time figuring out the bus which is supposed to be good to get to town but info is hard to find so we never took it (plus they don’t run on sundays), also……
