“Great hotel in a nice, quiet area in Hue. The staff was amazing also. I booked only 1 night. But that first night there I had a medical emergency - kidney stone attack - and the night manager rushed me to the international hospital’s ER in town for treatment. He even stuck around with me longer than he needed to ensure I was ok and made sure I had a room for the next day once I was discharged. Excellent level of service and hospitality, kind staff, and a clean, quiet and beautiful hotel!”

“we booked 5 rooms at the same date at Hotel.com. this hotel receptionist asked me more money for the kids breakfast , if was fine , but I told them not everyone want to have breakfast , they needs sleep late. but the hotel still charged the 3 person breakfast fee. but i told him we have 5 people want to sleep late, they don't go to restuarant have breakfast, he answer that . you need to paid! ”

“越南的三星飯店, 以這個價位來說算是不錯的飯店, 飯店清潔算到位, 服務人員也很有禮貌, 隔音很差, 房門鎖是喇叭鎖, 房間偏暗, 不過考量到價格, 這些都算是在意料之內, 附近就是越南當地的市場, 買菜很方便, 也有當地的小吃店, 走路7分鐘可以到VINCOM”

“Very helpful staff and you felt like home, we were allowed being in the kitchen drinking our coffee. Only thing that can be improved is the very thin matress in the room, it was like sleeping on the floor.”

“This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in.”

“The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading.”

“Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the……

“We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. Complimentary bicycles are also available, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment. That small addition would make it perfect. Even without it, our stay was unforgettable, and we would recommend this homestay to anyone……
