"このホテルも他と同様、ロシア人だらけでした。ホテルズドットコムを経由して予約しました。ツアー客が多く、個人の予約管理に不慣れなのか、チェックイン時に、確認のため、ホテルズドットコムから私宛に送られてきたメールを、ホテル側に転送するようにと言われました。ホテルズドットコムから、そちらに連絡がいってないの？と聞くものの、あいまいな返答。 さらに、予約したサイズの部屋が空いていないと。この点は、よりグレードのいい部屋に変更してくれたので、ラッキーと言えばそうなのですが、先方のミスにも関わらず、「変更してあげるよ」という若干横柄な態度。こういった対応で、チェックイン早々、少し嫌な気分になりました。 部屋は高層階の角部屋で見晴らしがよかったです。 １階のプールは長さ10mほどでしょうか。小さいし、壁に囲まれ、あまり気持ちのいいスペースではないです。 朝食はバラエティーに富んで楽しめました。"

"First room we checked in wasn't cleaned and our next room had dirty towels however the staff were very quick to rectify those issues. The rooms are dated compared to the photos and the shower curtain seemed to be mouldy. Comfy beds and aircon worked well. "
