“The hotel looks kind of dirty BUT it’s a beach hotel and older so overall we were happy. They need to paint and replace carpet with cleanable flooring. We had the suite which was very roomy with a big bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location was great, the pool was small but nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I liked the texting during our stay asking if all was good. I did not enjoy the bar music downstairs being loud pretty much all day until 1am. “The room was worn and smelled musty when we arrived. The partial king bay view that sleeps 4 with a pull out had no sheets for the actual pull out and took multiple attempts to get bedding from the unhelpful staff. The body wash in the shower was empty and there were no wash clothes which also took multiple attempts to obtain. You have to pay 30 dollars per night for parking onsite. It is a pet friendly hotel- smelled like dog poop next to pool cabanas. Parts of the patio deck off pool and tides……

“Pros, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor shower for getting sand off, good breakfast buffet, honestly decent price per night. Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel. All in all would highly recommend as our stay was great.”

“We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay.”
