The rooms are not clean, you’ll feel dirty if you walk barefoot. The showers are yellowed, caulking is moldy, cracks in the surround. There is always bugs in the room during warm weather. The staff can be rude but polite sometimes. Depends on how they feel or what you do. It’s a cheaper ocean front view, but it comes with many downsides.

This has the potential to be a nice place, however I feel the staff doesn’t clean like they should. The reviews showed clean bathrooms, but there was nothing clean about ours. It also shows parking available, but doesn’t mention it is $30 a day or two blocks away. The location is nice, but that’s it, Beds are really small. My hubby is 6’ and his feet hung off the bed. Mattresses are hard and killed my back and hips after one night, I don’t normally complain, but if I’m paying $600 a night I expect a little better quality.

The staff was amazing. But the door key stopped working 2nd day in. Had to get the office to unlock door everytime left. They did attempt to fix the problem but it happen shortly after again. Last night they finally switched rooms because it was an inconvenience for everyone involved. There is no ice machines. We were told to go to the store below us. When did they laughted at us then charged 11.50 for a small bag of ice.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness of the room. The blankets and pillows were dirty, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room, and the sofa bed had oily residue and was clearly not cleaned properly. In addition, the bathroom was in unacceptable condition and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. For a hotel, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate action to improve its housekeeping standards so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

The person at the front desk was rude to everything I asked. They charged me $35 for parking and I had to park three blocks away. There's no elevator, not all the rooms face the beach, and the hotel structure is old and rusty.

My flight was cancelled and this was the only place available. Booking on hotels.com was seamless. The front desk was nice and personable…. Our room was on the second floor, very narrow stairs and no elevator. The room seemed clean but had a strange smell, dry wall patch needed in the bathroom, stain on the floor, a little dated… the area is great in the day lots to do and explore, but at night the crowds at the nearby establishment are loud ( hotel can’t control that) . Overall this wouldn’t be my first choice, but if you need a place to stay close to the beach this is a good place. The price was a little outrageous for what you get, but that could be the last minute booking
