Virginia Beach Hotel

"Staff were great. Room was very clean. Room furniture older but tidy. No iron in the room. Stayed in March, hotel is gong through needed renovations so amenities were somewhat limited. Hotel informed us of this before when we booked so it was not a surprise . Overall, this hotel was good for a 2 night last minute stay."

"Literally the ONLY reason you stay here is because of the amazing heartshaped jacuzzi bathtub in each room facing the ocean. That’s it. The building itself is run down and has seen better days…"

"The first room I booked was atrocious. If you could imagine like 10 packs of cigarettes and ass… that’s what it smelled like. I went to the desk to switch rooms so I DON’T get billed for the smoke smell, and got a diff room that had absolutely 0 smell ; so 10/10 tbh for the quick switch. "

"The staff is amazing. They are polite and professional. We discovered bugs in the room (ants & spiders and a few flying bugs that we didn't know what they were). We called the front desk and a maintenance person came to spray in about 15 minutes! We didn't see anymore bugs in the unit however when we went upstairs, we discovered a pile of bugs near the washer. I took a video and showed the front desk. She was mortified and asked me to send the picture and video to management. I did and I have not heard anything. I wanted to speak to them instead of writing this review. I would have thought someone would reach out. "

"Hotel is about a 10 min drive to Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and most of the Museums, which is what we wanted to see. Decently priced with free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"One of the cleanest hotels I have visited. Minor issues like bathroom fan wasn't working in our room. Otherwise, this property is exceptional the staff is very helpful and courteous."
