"The breakfast was wierd. Not tasty or what Americans would eat for breakfast."

"I had a quick overnight stay in Richmond on my way further south. The Omni is always a solid choice as it’s centrally located for going out (Shockoe Bottom area and near lots of restaurants). The staff were all helpful and the room was pleasant. Loved the amenities in the lobby, especially the Starbucks. "

"I’m a very light sleeper and since this hotel is right off of a major highway; I didn’t get any sleep at all lastnight. The sounds of the cars along with people blasting music outside ruined the night But the hotel is beautiful. Staff is very friendly "

"The bathroom was quite cramped, and the air conditioning was also not working properly. When we arrived at the front desk for check-in, the front staff took almost 20 minutes to talk to us. Moreover, there were no other guests present, and no one else was attempting to check in."

"The property is maintained decently and the staffs are friendly. House keeping was done well. "

"Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and short driving distance to shops. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!"
