「When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner.」

It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.」

「This place is not for recommendation. We were promised a large room with 4 windows living room corner view that had its own price but we were given a smaller one with that same price. When we contacted them their reply was "You booked a two bedroom unit and that is what you stayed in". They weren’t helpful at all and didn't even consider to at least refund us the extra money we paid for the larger room.
