"I initially booked this hotel on September 27, canceled, and rebooked on September 29, 2025. At check-in, there was a double booking under my name. Despite explaining that I had traveled over 7 hours with kids and was exhausted, the front desk kept us waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while resolving the issue with Expedia—very frustrating and poorly handled. I also requested a one-day extension three days in advance, which was confirmed. However, the day before my new checkout date, I got a call saying it was my last day. The front desk offered no solution and forced us to leave, ruining our plans for the day. Check-in and check-out were both a mess due to poor management and communication, although the hotel itself is in great condition."
