“Nice sized pool and home”

“The space of house itself was amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as well. The house could use some maintenance though. The kitchen is was the only place this house fell short. It was not properly stocked for a group of 13 (barely enough silverware for everyone, only a few pots and pans, no kitchen towels, absolutely no foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks or Tupperware was provided). We really enjoyed the time we spent there, but there could definitely have been some improvements for……

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”
